The metal is made from solid 9 carat gold, with a simple band that splits at the shoulders. The cameo shell carving depicts the portrait of a woman, her hair pinned back and wearing large earrings, the striking white carving contrasts against a warm peachy base. This is wrapped in an open back bezel setting made of solid gold. I am in love!

Condition
Good condition. For a 60 year old ring this piece still looks great, there is a small stepped crack in the shell and a few minor marks to the band, all of which add to her unique charm.
