Ok, I am PRETTY EXCITED about this piece. This is the first zircon gemstone I’ve ever had in stock as they are pretty difficult to get hold of.
The blue stone is breathtaking, weighing approx. 2.05ct. Like diamonds, zircons are ultra twinkly and have an incredible ability to reflect vast quantities of light, they are sometimes used as diamond simulants for this reason. This stone is of a gorgeous clarity and colour, it reminds me of the shallow shores of the Caribbean Sea.
On either side of this there are two small but mighty old European cut diamonds. The three stones work together, casting out gorgeous sparkly light to anyone who dares to catch their eye.
The piece is complete with a sturdy platinum band, I think the silver tones look perfect against the cool ice blue gem.

Condition
Good condition. One thing is for sure, this ring still has the wow factor. As you can see, there is some wear to the facet edges of the zircon which is a sign of her age, but the stone is of beautiful clarity. The platinum band has softened in colour and no longer has a mirror finish shine, which I rather like.
