This is a strikingly beautiful vintage sapphire and diamond ring, likely from the mid 20th century, I was particularly struck by her unusual trilogy style gem design.
At the centre of the piece there are four brilliant cut twinkling diamonds which are packed neatly together in a square-like formation. These contrast both in size and colour to the two larger oval cut sapphires, which are rich and glossy in tone. The whole effect is really eye catching, I love the alluring navy and bright white sparkle together.
The gems are held up slightly off the band giving them a welcome extra lift, and providing a gallery which you can peep through. The band itself is made from solid 18 carat gold, which is still wonderfully bright and shiny.

Condition
Very good condition. This ring still packs a real sparkle, her gems are exquisite! There is evidence of a resize to the band - a very minor mark which would sit on the underside of the finger, but in my opinion this does not detract from the overall beauty of the ring.
