How beautiful is this antique piece?
The cluster design of gems is simply dazzling, with a central deep blue sapphire, surrounded by 6 European old cut diamonds, the end result is floral and very pretty. If examined closely, you can admire the individual unique cut of each diamond which is part of the charm of antique gemstones.
The metal is made up entirely of 18 carat gold, which has turned a wonderful darker shade over the years. The gold hugs the gems securely in place in a domed setting, and surrounds them with delicate cut out detailing which I think looks like petals completing the floral look.

Condition
Very good condition. There is evidence that the back of the band has been replaced at some point, and some very minor abrasion to the sapphire if examined under a loupe.
