She is, quite simply, a timeless diamond solitaire ring. With a beautiful, medium sized (approx. 0.29ct) brilliant cut stone which illuminates dazzling twinkly light from every angle. The wonderful thing about a solitaire ring is that it allows as much light as possible into the diamond, meaning you get maximum wow-factor sparkle. The band is crafted from a luxurious and buttery 18ct gold.

This pieces comes with a personal engraving etched into the inside of the band giving us an insight into the previous owner - ‘Jane 25/12/63’. Perhaps this was a Christmas Day engagement many years ago? Either way, it is a lovely window into the history of the ring. 

Of course, not all diamonds are for engagements, although this one does scream ‘marry me’. I am also big believer in indulging yourself in the ultimate sparkly treat, you deserve it.

Condition

Very good condition. Although this piece has been well loved in a previous life, it has also been well looked after and still looks really beautiful considering the age. There is a bit of wear to the underside of the setting, which isn’t noticeable when worn, and the usual marks you would expect to see on the gold. The diamond is secure and sparkling, there is a moderate inclusion visible to the unaided eye close to the cutlet of the stone.
