This vintage halo ring oozes glamour. From the early 1990s, she is dying to be taken out for a cocktail. 

The piece centres around a huge aquamarine gem, which weighs an impressive 2.74ct. The colour reminds me of a crystal clear shoreline, which is helped by the stunning clarity of the stone. It is a classic emerald cut, and surrounded by a frame of tiny twinkling diamonds, adding a welcome sparkle to the ring. 

The band is made from bright 18ct gold, which splits at the shoulders and forms an impressive base for the halo of stones.

Condition

Very good condition. This ring still looks absolutely gorgeous! The diamonds are free from nibbles and chips, and the clarity of the aquamarine is stunning. If examined under magnification, there is a very tiny amount of wear to some of the facet edges of the central stone, but this is not at all noticeable when worn.
