Daisy | Antique 9ct Gold Diamond Locket

Pretty as a picture, this antique locket is such a timeless piece of jewellery. Likely from the Victoria era, the oval shaped locket is embellished with a single rose cut diamond which is set into a star shaped setting.

The metal is entirely 9ct gold, I particularly love the engraved detail which is etched into the edges of the locket. It makes the perfect frame for that twinkling gemstone. It has a fairly wide fastener which would fit onto a variety of chains. Please note, the chain you see here is being sold separately.

Once opened, there is space for two photographs. Who would you keep safe inside?

Good condition. There are some minor dents to the back of the locket and some surface level scratches, all of which add to her antique charm.
